Step 2      Complete the application according to directions and return to your child's school or mail to:   Mary Ann Wilson, Food Service Department, 813 Capital Street, Spencer   25276.  

The application will be processed and you will be notified by letter of your eligibility.   You may reapply at any time during the school year if your household size changes or your income goes up or down.
